Υγιεινό Γαλλικό Τοστ (Συνταγή)

Υλικά

  • 6 χοντροκομμένες φέτες ψωμιού (η τσιαπάτα λειτουργεί πολύ καλά αλλά και κάθε καλής ποιότητας καρβέλι)
  • 1 κουταλιά της σούπας αλεσμένων σπόρων chia
  • 1 κουταλιά της σούπας λάδι καρύδας
  • 1 κουταλιά της σούπας νερό
  • 1 φλιτζάνι γάλα αμυγδάλου
  • 1 κουταλιά της σούπας σιρόπι σφενδάμου
  • 1 πρέζα μοσχοκάρυδο και κάρδαμο
  • 1 κουταλιά της σούπας κανέλα
  • 1 κουταλιά της σούπας καθαρού εκχυλίσματος βανίλιας
    Toppings:
  • 1 χούφτα φρέσκα ή κατεψυγμένα μούρα
  • Κρέμα καρύδας (*)
  • Τεμαχισμένα καρύδια, φράουλες, κομματάκια καρύδας (ή ότι άλλο επιθυμεί η καρδιά σου)

Εκτέλεση

  • Σε ένα ρηχό μπολ, χτύπησε μαζί όλα τα συστατικά μέχρι να γίνουν ένα. Στη συνέχεια, σ'ένα θερμαινόμενο τηγάνι πρόσθεσε το λάδι καρύδας. Πάρε 1 φέτα ψωμιού και βούτηξε και τις δύο πλευρές στο μείγμα. Τοποθέτησε τη φέτα στο τηγάνι και άφησε τη για περίπου 3 λεπτά σε κάθε πλευρά, μέχρι να ροδίσει. Πρόσεχε μην σου καεί! Επανάλαβε τη διαδικασία για κάθε φέτα ψωμιού. Στη συνέχεια, τοποθέτησε πάνω σε κάθε φέτα τα μούρα, το σιρόπι σφενδάμου, τη κρέμα καρύδας και toppings της αρεσκείας σου. Απόλαυσε τα ζεστά με την οικογένεια, τους φίλους ή το άλλο μισό σου.
  • (*) Για να κάνεις την κρέμα καρύδας, απλά βάλε στο ψυγείο ένα κουτί με γάλα καρύδας και άφησε το όλη τη νύχτα. Την ώρα που θα βγάλεις μια κουταλιά άσε να φύγει όλο το νερό. Χτύπησε τη κρέμα με ένα χτυπητήρι και είσαι έτοιμος.
